ABOUT

A studio where one person
owns it to the end

I am Park Jong Tae. I started in security at a hacking-defense high school, took my first contract at eighteen, registered a business at nineteen, and co-founded a startup as CTO at twenty. Five years in — nothing from plan review to development, deployment, operations, contracts, and settlement passes through other hands, and my job runs to the far end of that scope: the edges no one checks. That is where the backend of a CES 2023 Innovation Award honoree and a ~₩1B zero-incident sellout came from.

CTO of an Innovation Award honoree, and a hackathon track winner — proof by prize.

How I work

01

Progress you can see

Every week you see real, running screens — not slides or percentage numbers.

02

Scope is fixed in writing first

Screen list, schedule, and price are locked in a document before work starts. Nothing wobbles mid-project.

03

I follow the money too

I stay aware of how the billing page connects to the code. Turning a $1,500/mo cost structure into $0 came from that habit.

04

Delivery is not the end

I keep watching your service after it ships, and I contact you first when something goes wrong.

三色桃花

Dowol (桃月) is an old word for the month when peach blossoms bloom — the third lunar month. The moon and tri-color blossoms in the logo stand for operations that keep watch through the night, and the three promises: build, ship, keep.

Shall we build something together?

It's fine if the idea isn't fully shaped. You can also just email contact@d0hwq1.com.
