Association Digital Transformation — 1-Year Secondment
Seconded Dev · Business Design
Seconded for about a year into a conservative, non-IT association. Starting from maintaining and improving their existing site, I designed several revenue businesses and built the platforms and systems to run them. The real work was transplanting IT into an organization, not just writing code.
