Association e-Learning & Payment Platform

A nationwide association ran its annual statutory training the same way every year: offline, in person, with enrollment, payment, and completion checks all done by hand. Moving the whole thing online became my job — all of it.

I built enrollment, PG payments, refunds, completion tracking, and a role-based admin console as one flow on NestJS + Next.js + Prisma. The hard part was video: five mandatory course videos at roughly 3GB each, delivered to over 1,000 learners at once, so streaming stability and cost were part of the design from day one.
