Suwon Cultural Heritage Night NFT — ~₩1B Sold Out, Zero Incidents

This was the first contract right after registering my business at nineteen. The terms were brutal — less than 24 hours to launch, a limited drop of ₩300,000 NFTs, and a guaranteed traffic spike the second doors opened. Minting page, backend, infrastructure: all of it, alone, from zero.

I cut initial load with a Gatsby + React static build, handled minting transactions with Express + caver-js under PM2, and put the stack on AWS ECS + ALB + ACM — the most battle-tested cards you can play on short notice. After launch I migrated it step by step onto CI/CD, ECR, S3, and a headless CMS so operators could edit content themselves.

4,500 NFTs gone in 10 seconds on day one; both days sold out — roughly ₩1 billion combined. Zero downtime, zero incidents. The only support ticket type: “it sold out before I could buy.” One week into the business, solo full-stack delivery was no longer a claim but a record.
